This weekend at Gymtastics in Calgary, 36 Men’s Provincial level gymnasts will participate in physical testing, the first of two offered during the season.  In conjunction with testing is the Provincial Level Training Camp.  Over 40 gymnasts will be present for this camp, featuring guest speakers Miguel Costante from Calgary Gymnastics Center on pommel horse, Rory Hornstein a sports nutritionist who worked with the Alberta Team for the Western Canada Summer Games and Nigel Joseph, who will be presenting on running and sprinting techniques.

Alberta’s national level gymnasts will also participate in Physical testing this weekend at the University of Calgary.  There will be18 participants at this event.
