The L.E.A.P. Course Conductor must have a deep and broad understanding of gymnastics technique, of developmental gymnastics, of the theoretical framework for observation in L.E.A.P. and of the content and philosophy of the L.E.A.P. Program.

Interested candidates must possess a minimum of NCCP 3 certification in gymnastics.
They should have a demonstrated history of coaching L.E.A.P. athletes as well as several years experience as a Gold and/or Chief-Evaluator. Previous course conductor (or teaching) experience is an asset.

Please Note:
• The successful Applicant will be responsible for the travel, meal, and accommodation expenses associated with the Conductor Training.  AGF will cover all other expenses.   
• Ideally the Conductor Training will take place in conjunction with the scheduled L.E.A.P. Evaluators Course in September 2010.
